D-4 Visa Applicants
- Online Application form
- A copy of passport
- Graduation diploma from the most recent attended school (must be certified by APOSTILLE or embassy in your country / issued within 6 months)
- A copy of final academic transcript (must be certified by APOSTILLE or embassy / issued within 6 months)
- A copy of ID for each one of the family member (in English)
- Financial Document
- Letter of guarantee and certificate of balance
Bank statement showing a proof of more than $6,000 deposit (issued within a month)
When submitting parents' bank statement, applicant must also submit certificate of kinship or birth certificate that proves family relationship
[Mongolian, Vietnamese, and Uzbekistan] must submit 3 months transaction history
[Uzbekistan] KDB Bank [Vietnamese] WOORI Bank / Shinhan Bank
- Application fee 70,000KRW (Non-refundable)
Additional documents may be requested if needed. Submitted documents will not be returned.
Individuals Exempt from the D-4 Visa Requirement

D-4 Visa Application for the Chinese Students
- Online application form
- A copy of passport
- Graduation Diploma from the most recent attended school (A Original Certificate from CHSI (學信网) / issued within 6 months)
- Notarization of Final Academic Transcript (A Original and the one translated in Korean / issued within 6 months)
- A copy of ID for each one of the family member
- A copy of Household Register (户口簿)
- Notarization of family relation certificate and the one translated in Korean.
Can be skipped if the certificate of bank balance is of his/her own.

- Letter of Guarantee and Certificate of Balance
Bank Statement showing a proof of more than 50,000 RMB deposit (issued within a month / Frozen for more than 6 months)
When submitting parents' bank statement, applicant must also submit certificate of kinship or birth certificate that proves family relationship
