All international students must apply for an alien residence card within 90 days of their immigration. They must submit all the documents to the Chuncheon Immigration Office Donghae Branch.
Advance reservation via the Hi Korea website is mandatory for individual visits to the Immigration Office: http://www.hikorea.go.kr/main.pt
You must report your new address to the Immigration Office or Civil Center within 14 days from the move-in date described in your new rental contract.
If you don't report it within 14 days you'll probably have to pay a penalty. (at least 100,000 won)
